IS AUTISM CURABLE?
Autism does not have a cure that can completely eliminate this disorder, but it can be treated if treated early and can have a positive impact, which can reduce the severity of the disorder. Autism, which is a genetically related disorder, indicates numerous abnormalities in certain areas of the brain.
The first question raised by every parent whose child suffers from autism is that whether it can be cured or not. The usual answers that are received are that the child should go for common treatment options that are available, which includes intensive behavioural analysis.
As said, autism cannot be cured but can be positively treated. Professionals believe that there is no definite cure for autism. There have been experimental studies that show autism can be prevented or rather symptoms that are associated with autism by blocking a certain type of protein that was observed by experiments performed on mice.
The rate of autism continues to rise and it mostly depends on how parents respond to it because it is very important for parents to be calm and have the strength to handle the child as they mostly require love and affection. There is no permanent cure for autism, which leads to the statement that there is no definite cure for the same; only a few treatments can help autistic children to get better with their social behaviour.
There have been various discoveries for treatments and cures for autism, but nothing has been proven. Autistic treatments stand the test of time. It is important for parents and doctors to try and help the child improve his/her behavioral activities.
This research is just an explanation and not a definite answer to the cure. Few scientists do believe that there might never be a single cure for autism as there are a number of reasons that cause autism. Without a definite cause, there cannot be a cure for it, although the search for it continues.
